Awesome pizza and service.

We dined in, and we were not disappointed. The place is small so when it’s busy there will be a wait, however it’s worth it. There are 100 ways to make pizza, which is why every town has at least one pizza restaurant, if not more. The crust is a little plain, but that’s part of what makes this pizza good. The white pizza and meatballs pizzas we got were great.

Delicious pizza. They are incredibly busy! Dine in and carry out. Fun to watch them make the pizzas, but a long wait if you're really hungry.

Fun local place with a great jukebox. Good subs and The Woody pizza too, served late.

Open late for pizza and had live music. They loved on our dog while he was there. Pretty slow in getting tables clean for how small it was but we wanted something to eat late at night and they were open and friendly so thumbs up from me.

Loved coming here! Our waitress Kelly was so nice and helpful. The slices are huge for a very good price. The salad was delicious and the ranch was perfect. The service was really fast in the middle of a Saturday in July, one of the busiest seasons of the year. Would definitely recommend this place to locals or tourists. Kelly is the best!!

Friendly atmosphere, front row seat for people watching along the strip! Good salad, hot pizza and cold beer!

Good tasting pizza. The toppings slid off some of the slices and they were cut in such large pieces. We had to cut them all in half again. If you are wanting pizza on the weekends there will most likely be a wait. We waited over an hour for pick up on a Friday night. Very understandable and worth it. The meatball sub was enjoyed, as well.

Been vacationing at Folly for a few years. We always stop by Woody’s. I had to call a few times to get an order in. The pizza is always very good, hot and fresh. We usually get The Woody. Give it a try, you can’t go wrong with that.

Quick service very good pizza pretty good price

The pizza was great, the service was too fast pace for my our taste so, it took away some of the enjoyment of quality of service. She was nice, but didn't bother to talk to us at all, while the other staff spoke to her tables around us. We and left. We usually leave a 25+ tip, she only got a 15. We never leave without a tip and I usually write why she only got a 15, but I had been sick all the previous week from moving from Texas to south Carolina, I was too tired and cold to leave her one. In stars, Woody's Pizza gets 10 stars, the hostess gets 2.

Awesome pizza and awesome service! Called in a take out order, actually 3 different take out orders for our house and they had it all ready super quick! Salads were big and good as well! Definitely will be going back!

A small little pizza joint on the ocean where the locals sit at the bar and drink and holler at the football game. This place is kid friendly and You might hear some language but they do apologize to you for it. We had an order of breadsticks with marinara sauce. I didn’t care for the sauce much but it was liked by Karla and Adaline. We had the Big Woody pizza and it was enjoyable. The wait staff is friendly and very attentive.

Absolutely LOVE the pizza. My family owns a home on Folly Beach so we are frequent customers. The hostess was so incredibly helpful but we were picking up a pizza to take home and the bartender acted annoyed we were even there. She didn't offer us a drink while we waited. When the pizza arrived she didn't ask if we wanted peppers or parmesan and when we asked she rolled her eyes. She had a frown the entire time. I've been a bartender for 20 years so on a $30 TAKEOUT order I even left a $5 tip. She didn't even say thank you or act grateful. As my husband and I were walking out the door we should have been thinking about our excitement to eat the pizza but instead we were so annoyed and felt taken advantage of. I truly hate having to write this because we love Woody's so much. Hope the next time we return, even as a takeout customer, we can have a better experience at the bar.

Great pizza and subs! We love Woodys and we get something on almost every trip to Folly! The owners are local and are super awesome people, too.

I love this pizza!!! Its delicious!!! Dont forget they put honey on the table so you can dip your pizza crust in it for dessert!!! The price is Amazing!!! I love their white pizza and build your own option as well!! Big slices!!! Best pizza at Folly Beach for sure!!

Great spot to eat at while at the beach. It's small so get your pizza to go. If your lucky enough to get a table it a good experience.

We visited Woody's on a quick stop at Folly Beach. This restaurant is maybe a 5-7 minute walk from the pier. The menu is fairly basic, but has all of the standard pizza joint items.Our waitress was so friendly and efficient. We were starving so we ordered breadsticks with cheese, they were OK.Being a New Yorker, I'm somewhat picky about pizza. This was a good pie for the south, I definitely enjoyed it.We ate inside, but it was nice to see that the outside patio is pet friendly since we often travel with our small dog. I'd definitely come back to eat here again.

Nice pub type atmosphere. Great service. Great calzones! It has a nice wrap around porch to sit on. It's right on the main st.

A great stop after a good beach day. 1 slice is $2.50 with many toppings to choose from. Big slices too! You definitely get your money's worth.

BEST place on Folly to go to. Friendly staff and great clientele. You want to go to a place where you feel like you have known everyone there forever? This is the place to go!!!

Pizza was 3 out of 5 stars. Best pizza at Folly, but there are only 2 places. I would recommend. Long wait, make sure you order way ahead of time.

Great food, nice service, and right on the main drag to the beach. About 4 blocks from the beach and right in the middle of great shopping.

This place was very busy when we visited, so the wait times were pretty lengthy, but the food was absolutely worth it. I love that they sell their pizza with the choice of a single slice and I got their bacon and steak as toppings. Their pizza was incredible and I would totally return for some more pizza. The service was good, even though they were slammed, we were treated with a welcoming attitude. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a delicious pizza and a good outside view of Folly.

Delicious huge pizza pies!! Brought one all the way home to Columbia with me!!! We still talk about how good an crispy that pizza was, can't wait till im back in the area to visit again!! Bartender was extremely sweet & made me a pretty drink!

Cute little stop on folly beach...we had the white pizza with tomatoes and spinach. It didn't disappoint!

I wanted to get food but ended up just getting yelled at by the staff. I’ve never been yelled at so loud by any staff of any restaurant before like that. Was told I could only sit at the bar and get a drink. No food. Couldn’t even sit on the benches near their restaurant and eat only to drink. Went to Slice instead and had perfect service. What’s the point in being so blatantly rude to people?

The pizza is all right. The people watching is the reason you need the good wood.Grab a table out front, order a beverage, order your food, and enjoy the edge of America.

This place was so good we ate there twice during our 5 day vacation. Pizza made the way you like. The bar bar is stocked to perfection and the best margarita I've ever had.

Woody's Pizza was FANTASTIC!!! We were looking for a place that would cater for our wedding, on a whim, not being from the area, we went in to see if the food was good and if they could help us. It turned out the be the best decision we could have made. The service was great, extremely friendly, and the pizza was probably the best I've had from New York, to Memphis, California, and all stops in between! They catered our wedding, had 30+ pies delivered hot, timely, and ready to go. All of our guests raved about the pizza and some went the next day to have it at the restaurant. The owner, Todd Weber, was extremely helpful and easy to work with, and was instrumental in coordinating everything. Thank you so very much! We can't wait to go back. . . .

The pizza was good, not great. I liked it and would get it again, but it was not awesome. It was chewy which isn't my preference. The problem with this place is there is limited seating and no signage or staff to explain how you get a seat. It's an "every man for himself" place, but the only way to figure that out is to ask someone. The staff are running around and not friendly and acted inconvenienced to stop and answer my question. Once we were seated, the service was good. I would get takeout from here, but I probably wouldn't sit down to eat unless it was really not busy.

Ordered the calzone and it did not disappoint! They used a generous amount of toppings. Practically no pick up wait time. (I walked from the hotel a few blocks down.) My only suggestion would be to offer extras i.e. eating utensils, napkins, straws and bags for carrying out food. I had a hot pizza box, 2 glass bottles of root beer, a cup of ice cream and several blocks to walk. This is a tourist town and therefore those extra little things will make a huge difference in customer- employee relationships. The place was clean and relaxed nonetheless.

Delicious drinks at the bar and breadsticks were amazing!!! Love the atmosphere! The bartender was so nice and gave you a great drink for very cheap prices. Don't come here looking for top shelf liquor; come for the hospitality and excellence service. I am definitely coming here every time I visit Folley Beach!! Thanks Woodys!!

Amazing service and a great low key atmosphere. Fantastic family-friendly indoor/outdoor seating on the main street and not far from the beach. The pizza tastes like it should from a locally owned and operated restaurant. It's made when you order with several different choices of toppings, and great for veggie lovers as the vegetables are always fresh and crisp. The only small thing at Woody's will be your bill, pizza slices and drinks are huge with several options and a fully stocked bar. It's a great place to stop to grab something to eat on your way to or from the beach or to take a minute to cool down, enjoy some music, and people watch. Highly recommended by a family of picky people!

Great place for creating a magical slice of pizza. The bartenders are all goddesses that should be respected and worshiped.

The place is pretty small on the inside but if its nice out they have a pretty decent patio with more seating than they have inside. We ordered the 18" veggie with jalapenos and it was really good. Service was better than expected for a main street beach town restaurant but the one big negative when we were there was the bar crowd. They all appeared to be locals and had obviously been at it all day. They were loud and obnoxious and should have been asked to take it outside or leave altogether. Not my place but if I was gonna eat there again I'd make sure to check the bar crowd first.

My family and I come to Folly Beach every year for Follypalooza and Woody's Pizza is a must have every time we are here! The slices are large so it is easy to "over do it". The pizza is fantastic, a little on the greasy side, but that's a plus in my book! Always fast and friendly service. A must check out for any one not from the area!

Woody's Pizza on Center Street in Folly Beach is a great place to eat for all things pizza and subs. Everything on the menu is delicious and when you are at the beach this is a cool place to stop by after a full day in the sand. The prices here are really good and you get a lot of good food for the value. This place has been very consistent throughout the years and I have had a lot of good times and good food here. This is a cool place to be.
